The only issue I had had to do with billing. The company were disorganised and unhelpful and didn't communicate internally. I was billed for a repeat prescription following a phonecall with Filippo. The name attached to the invoice was not a person I had ever seen and the company had no explanation (although there was a logical one in the end). They failed to call me back/ contact me over email as requested/ make any notes as to prior conversations. It was only through resolving the issue with Debra that I made any headway. She was great. The rest of my experience was great.

A good practice in a central location. Clinicians are quite busy but understandable, easily accomodating insurance providers.

Cognacity provides an extremely professional and caring environment. It is sophisticated yet not intimidating. I recommend it highly.

Booking follow-ups were a total delight. Receptionists were courteous and waiting time was almost non-existent.
