Amazing experience with my therapist, a true professional who makes you feel calm and safe almost immediately, who is able to help you and your problems. Would highly recommend! The only slight hiccup I had is with organising a therapist with the reception team, although super friendly, I didn’t receive follow up calls when they said they would and I often had to chase to progress the process and remind them what had been said the last time we spoke, but the therapist is 5* amazing

I have been seeing Dr Kathryn Kissell for 8 weeks. She is attentive, perceptive, kind, respectful and understanding. I feel totally at ease whther and feel that I can be honest and open.

Excellent support from Dr Metastasio and all administrative staff both on phone and email have been extremely helpful and reliable. Highly recommend this service all round.

The reception staff are always courteous and professional. The waiting area is extremely comfortable. Appointments always start promptly. Consultation rooms are small but comfortable as well.

Cognacity is generally decent, sending invoices when needed and confidentially sending things when they need to be sent. Overall, very decent.

Dr Kissell is phenomenal at what she does. I am very glad indeed that she is my therapist. I have made excellent progress because she is thoughtful but also insightful.

Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 situation all our sessions were on Zoom. I have no complaints at all, it was very effective, punctual, and effective.
