Amazing service every time. All staff are knowledgable, helpful and always friendly. I often need help due to my mental health and the staff always go above and beyond for me.

Was a really positive appointment. I was able to give input which I’m always grateful for. Things were explained nice and clearly to me, and all of my questions were answered. The next day I even had a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with how it went :)

I’m very happy with the service provided by the doctor. The repeated Prescription and stock sometime fall short and not a constant stock supply of the same strain. And then having to reorder a strain from the list it then needs the doctor to sign it off, If it’s not been prescribed before.

Having been with another similar clinic previously where I was unimpressed by their knowledge, customer service or seeming concern for patients, so far Cantourage have shown the exact opposite, friendly, knowlegable staff and quick response to queries, the other place it was difficult to even get through on the phone. So well done Cantourage top marks

Absolutely over the moon with the experience I had with cantourage can't fault them 1 bit and have not had a second thought to move clinic always keeping me up to date I even got a call to sort my repeat out in time for when my meds run out which is top class customer service keep it up guys your smashing it 10/10
