Matt was first class. I had a side issue with serious back pain which Matt trated as well. The treatment had immediate benefits and the next day and I feel on the road to recovery on my back and looking forward to continuing treatment on my knee

Matthew is the best physio I have had period. I have seen many practitioners before and he strikes the perfect balance as a consultant.

The Old St gym is ok only as a base for the physio experience. The gym overall is dirty, smelly and over-crowded. Those that train there don’t seem to mind and it’s always very busy, so I’m guessing it works for some. It’s not the best overall experience though
