I was very satisfied with James Bainbridge my physio therapist. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He took his time and explained everything to me. Overall I was very impressed with James and would recommend him. However I think the venue leaves a lot to be desired and was not what I was expecting. Also the physio was conducted i a small airless room which although James kept clean and used antibacterial spray it was not really the standard of room which I would expect. To sum up the physio therapist was first rate but the venue was not up to standard.

Relatively easy to find - some information about it being part of the gym and their name would have been useful - particularly as the building next door has the same address number.

Matt was friendly and explained the treatment and my condition very well. I was seen straight away, and I would highly recommend the service.

Rushed assessment in a room with poor light, in the basement of a stinky gym. On the website you gusy advert 45 mins assessment, and 45 mins sessions, instead I did a 30 mins assessment adn was booked for a 30 mins session, which I have cancelled by now. My experience with Bodyset? an embarrassment!
We are so sorry that you were unsatisfied with your visit, and we do not want any of our clinics or appointments to be under the standards that we, or any of our clients, would expect. Our Old St clinic is based in a gym with excellent rehab facilities for our clients, and we are sorry if you didn’t feel this was suitable for you, we would be happy to offer you a complimentary appointment in an alternative location. We can see that you were referred by your insurance provider for a 30 min appt not 45 min. James was also an excellent physio, who left the business in early 2022, but as part of your appointment confirmation you should have received the full details of the physio that you were booked in to see. We take our clients results very seriously and want to make sure that every client receives the same excellent service, so we will be conducting a full audit of your appointment to understand why you felt your issue wasn’t addressed.
