Alma Fertility

Alma Fertility is a female-founded fertility clinic at LIPS Battersea Power Station in London, established by fertility specialists Dr Shabana Bora and Dr Kate Maclaran. The clinic combines advanced reproductive medicine with a calm, supportive and female-focused approach, providing personalised care from initial consultation and investigations through to fertility treatment and early pregnancy support.

Services include fertility consultations and assessments, IVF and ICSI, egg freezing, donor conception, cycle monitoring and ovulation tracking, genetic testing including PGT-A and PGT-M, pregnancy loss support and early pregnancy monitoring. Menopause care is also available, including support for perimenopause, menopause and premature ovarian insufficiency, with HRT and lifestyle advice where appropriate.

Consultations, investigations, scans and treatment planning are carried out at Alma Fertility, while laboratory procedures such as egg collection, insemination, embryo development and freezing take place through its partner clinics, Lister Fertility in Chelsea and King’s Fertility in Denmark Hill. This model allows patients to receive consultant-led care at Alma Fertility alongside access to the laboratory facilities of the partner fertility centres.
