I was so pleased to see Dr Malaiya as she treated me when I was very ill over five years ago, and she was welcoming and spent time answering my queries, and concerns. she took notes and explained that she was writing to my GP asking if my medication could be reviewed and alternatives could be found as some of the drugs could possibly weaken my bones if taken for too long. I felt confident that I was with an expert.

I had two lots of treatment of PRP injections into each shoulder on two separate occasions. I have always found Mr Gulihar to be exceptionally professional and empathic. He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS. My overall experience in Mr Gulihar's NHS clinic and the staff working with him was very good. The outcome of treatment in both shoulders has really worked. I have had an excellent outcome and I am very pleased.

My recent medical assessment by Dr Cohen was informative and clearly presented. Dr Cohen's manner was support and appropriately empathetic throughout the assessment process. I'd have no hesitation recommending Dr Cohen (or Dr Halfpenny who has supported me in the past). Philip N.

During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

It was a real pleasure, I am very lucky to have been referred to Mr Edwards. I was completely confident at every stage that I was in the very best hands.

I had an appointment with Dr. Israel Al-Shakarchi, a consultant rheumatologist, for a follow-up regarding my condition. During the consultation, she thoroughly reviewed my test results with her colleagues and referred me to them. I appreciated that she treated me with empathy and consideration, making me feel validated as an individual rather than just a number. It is reassuring to see a doctor who genuinely cares about her patient's well-being.

Rob is very professional, caring and provides excellent patient care. Rob always explains in a clear and concise way the procedure, the follow up and the length of recovery time.
