Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. As an amateur keyboard player, I sought out Mr Phillips as I was keen to have the opinion and perspective not only of a hand surgeon but also of a fellow musician, and I was not disappointed. I found him to be very professional, easy to talk to, an attentive and sympathetic listener who put me at my ease and gained my confidence at once. Our conversation was unhurried, his explanations were very clear and he was very reassuring about the treatment I had already received (from another surgeon) and about further treatment being proposed. He was also very helpful in pointing me towards hand therapists who might be able to help me in my recovery after further surgery, including therapists who specialise in working with musicians. He said he would be happy to see me again if necessary and for my part I would certainly have no hesitation in consulting him in the future. I couldn't recommend Mr Phillips highly. enough.
