I could not rate Prof. Silber highly enough. He treated me with care and compassion when I was urgently admitted to hospital with a serious nerological condition. He ensured I had appropriate rehabilitation, understood my prognosis and continued to monitor my progress outside hospital. I would not have recovered as swiftly as I have without his superlative work.

I broke my heel and strained my ankle whilst skipping rope which was very difficult to handle initially as I have a very active lifestyle (weightlifting, calisthenics, boxing, running). I really wanted to get back into the game quickly. Kathryn built an extremely efficient program for me which was very taylored to my needs. I had an amazing experience during each one of the various stages as I saw important progress every week (pain decreasing and regaining mobility). Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable and understands perfectly what needs to be done during the process. She will continuously adapt and give you the targeted help you need to achieve your recovery goals. She gave me an excellent list of exercises that not only helped me recover quickly but also that I will keep in my personal catalog of exercises to continue to use in the future for overall health and injury prevention. I had multiple injuries in the past from various sports activities and saw different physios. I can say that Kathryn was the best by far ! I highly recommend Kahtryn whether you have a very active lifestyle or not as she will definitely adapt to your needs and goals.

Excellent all round: identify and fix the problem and set you on the right long term path

I have been seeing Matt for about 18 months now, following a hip replacement. He has been great at helping me work on my balance and regaining strength in my legs. Matt really thinks about the needs of his clients, sets realistic goals and is both encouraging and reassuring.

Gus has been helping me to combat sciatica pain in my leg and weakness in my back. He identified the areas of my body that needed strengthening and provided me with a workout programme that’s noticeably increased my strength in these areas. He’s also encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and lift weights that I previously thought impossible for me to tackle! All helping me to gain confidence in improving my strength and fitness.

André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. Really great experience with Dr. Bav today at his Marylebone clinic. I was seen for a chronic cervical spine issue and i felt all my concerns were listened to during the appointment, he was great at explaining what was happening during the examination and treatment and i left feeling better straight away and Looking forward to the follow ups to continue with the improvements. Definitely would recommend him!

I saw an ad for Resolved Physio through Instagram and initially had a phone consultation with Nick. From that call I felt confident that Nick would be able to help me with my foot/ leg issue, particularly as I was going on an 11 day trek 6 weeks later. Nick was able to diagnose the issue straight away and started treatment immediately which also included exercises for me to do daily, which were reviewed and updated with each session. Sending videos of the exercises was brilliant so I knew I was doing them correctly. As a last resort in case of issues whilst I was trekking, Nick also provided a taping solution for my foot, to take the pressure off the tendon and shot a video of him taping my own foot so I could practise (just in case). Needless to say I didn't need to tape my foot at all. Nick treats his patient with amazing care, is attentive to everything and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
