my experience at the princess grace hospital was first class with friendlly and efficient staff always on call i would not hesitate to recomend the hospital to anyone.

Initial customer service was great, but when we had an issue with booking, 3 phone calls later with promises of returned calls failed adding unnecessary stress to an unpleasant situation.
