My experience with New Victoria Hospital was excellent.

The hospital looked clean and well-organised. Everybody was smartly turned out. The hospital receptionists sat behind a clear plastic screen, which hinders communication and seems unnecessary. I found some of the receptionists efficient but not always warm. The medical staff and the porters were friendly, professional and helpful.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Hospital experience was overall good, had to struggle a bit for parking though!

The standard of care from the staff was excellent. It was very clean. The food was to a high standard. The nursing staff attended to my needs and were very caring.
