Felt welcomed and staff very professional.

Straightforward and efficient, with ample parking and an uncomplicated signing-in process.

As always, I found all staff, doctors and assistants to be in the most relaxed and cheerful mode. The atmosphere at the Rmh is always, my opinion, wonderful.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Hospital experience was overall good, had to struggle a bit for parking though!

The hospital looked clean and well-organised. Everybody was smartly turned out. The hospital receptionists sat behind a clear plastic screen, which hinders communication and seems unnecessary. I found some of the receptionists efficient but not always warm. The medical staff and the porters were friendly, professional and helpful.

All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

The standard of care from the staff was excellent. It was very clean. The food was to a high standard. The nursing staff attended to my needs and were very caring.
