Friendly approachable staff, comfortable waiting rooms with water and hot drinks. Nice clean environment, relaxing wait!

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

All staff I met were polite and helpful. The consultation was dealth with respect and plenty of time given to answer questions. Thank you.

Consultant listened carefully to the answers to his questions to both myself and my wife - engaging us both thoroughly throughout the consultation, making what could have been a rather stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Appraised our views and evidence, recording on laptop as we conversed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was seen by Dr Oliver Bernath a neurologist at the hospital who was really nice he observed my son and gave us a diagnosis which actually took a load of weight off me, and gave me good reassurance and advised me for what to do and how my son to recover. I am really thankful for the quick response from the hospital and the staff.
