Held Health has been excellent in providing an autism assessment and therapy after my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation of the admin team so I was never in doubt when it came to when my appointments were. They answered any questions that I had quickly with great care and consideration.

I have found Dr Jo Gee Psychological Therapies very easy to access, and contact with Juliet has been very straightforward. The waiting lists for the more experienced therapists is frustrating, but understandable, however. Having the option of reducing appointments and keeping the same time and day to say once a fortnight would be beneficial instead of having to commit weekly.

Everyone at the Schoen Clinic is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. During my first visit I was very nervous but was quickly put at ease by the staff. All the clinicians that I have worked with have been absolutely fantastic and the experience has genuinely been transformative.
