An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Extremely caring and diligent doctor

I visited 2Me Clinic a few days ago and amazed by the service I received. The friendly staff gave me a warm welcome, and Dr Anne took the time to listen to all my questions and explain everything. I felt truly heard and never rushed. The first-class service exceeded all my expectations. Thank you!

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I have experience of several private hospitals My impression of KIMS is that it is well organised and that everybody is kind and considerate There is someone ready to direct you to wher you need to go on the way in to check if you are ok if uou look lost. They slso step in on the booking in desk if there is a delay. Someone is always happy to help and everyone seems happy
