I cannot find anything negative to say about Kipapa, I found the overall experience beneficial.

Great experience, process was fast and smooth including the registration at the reception. Receptionist wasn’t the friendliest person I have ever met, however overall was a great experience

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Staff are very friendly, supportive and helpful. Facilities are great and are very clean and well kept.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

Fantastic service overall with amazing Dr . Very responsive in booking and appointment, well informed, Dr is compassionate and caring , providing reassurance and guidance at times of need. So happy there is a clinic available with an amazing set up of various specialists in one place working together using multidisciplinary approaches.

Super easy, great location, very good high quality building and facilities. Very nice and polite staff.
