Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

The experience was excellent

Very helpfull with all checkup appointment times.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH.
