Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Very prompt replies from the staff. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.
