Natalie took care in asking the relevant questions to do with unsuccessful pregnancies and the female health issues I have experienced. I have not experienced a consultant asking questions in such a human way and with genuine concern. My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. I am really glad that I chose the Lister and I would definitely recommend the clinic and Mr Nicopoullos to anyone who is interested in egg freezing or fertility treatment.

I underwent an IVF cycle under the care of Mr Jones. I previously had a cycle at another clinic where the whole experience was awful. I came to see Mr Jones at the Lister fertility clinic and the moment I stepped into his consultation room, I knew I was in the right hands. He explained everything in such detail, the whole process was finally clear, and this was after already doing the process elsewhere! He also thought about me, and managed me holistically, with dietary advice and supplements that weren’t even mentioned to us before! We agreed to do another cycle, and the whole process was infinitely better. His communication throughout was exemplary. Whilst the process was centrally run by nurses (who are great!), he reviewed every scan and updated me with progress personally. We now have an excellent number of embryos stored, and we are going to undergo another cycle so we have hopefully have enough to complete our family. Strangely enough, I am actually pleased our previous cycle didn’t work, as if it did, by the time I would have come back for baby number 2, my egg quality would have been so much worse I may not have been able to have another baby. All this was made clear by Mr Jones, and most importantly backed up by evidence, and I feel so much more in control now - I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr Parikh was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain all the procedures and planning with my husband and I in person, and always responded to my emails. Going through IVF and finding an egg donor is so emotional and difficult, but I felt very looked after by Jaya and the great time at The Lister. We met Dr Parikh in 2017 and we now have two beautiful and healthy daughters.

Excellent Dr, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I transferred late in the pregnancy to Dr Lai after some complications. His knowledge, guidance and clarity were transformational for me in managing my pregnancy. He is very committed and responds quickly to all questions, however small. The birth experience itself was very positive.

We found Tim empathetic, positive and super helpful. A big thanks Tim for helping make our dreams come true!

Professor Asma is a great doctor and professional with great bedside manner.

Mr Wimalasundera supported me throughout my twin pregnancy, through to birth. He is a fantastic consultant and I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Throughout my pregnancy I felt that Mr Wimalasundera was an ally and trusted adviser. He is clearly a specialist in his field and also offers a measured, kind and supportive approach. I always felt in extremely safe hands and I trusted Mr Wimalasundera’s judgment. His skills as a surgeon are excellent. My c section went extremely smoothly and my recovery was fantastic, which I credit to Mr Wimalasundera entirely! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Mr Wimalasundera if I were to become pregnant again. Indeed I’d be delighted!

Dr. Saravelos has been key to our entire experience of IVF ranging from our egg retrieval all the way to our fourth embryo transfer. There has not been a single moment where we haven't felt supported throughout our fertility journey. He has an exceptional bedside manner, demonstrating genuine care and empathy. His compassionate yet realistic approach fosters a comforting environment for his patients, contributing positively to an overall difficult experience which has been made much more manageable under his care. We appreciate everything he has done for us and will forever be thankful to have been treated by him.
