David has been absolutely superb throughout my treatment. I started having knee problems 5 years ago and David has provided care to me throughout this time. I eventually needed replacement joints and the care I received has been truly exceptional. David has always been patient and understanding and always took time to answer any and all questions and to reassure me at every stage. He is a fantastic consultant and I am very happy with the outcome.

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable. From start to Finnish of this process Dr Jalgaonka and all of the medical staff were very professional and gave explanations on every possible eventuality, i could not of felt any more welcoming and made at ease through the entire time. very impressed is an understatement.

This is my 2nd hip replacement. I had a leg discrepancy of nearly 2 cms after the first. Mr Murphy has corrected that, which I am pleased about. I have a much larger scar but I’d rather have that than one leg longer than the other. I’m recovering well. Thank you Mr Murphy.

Can’t rate Mr Davidson highly enough! I was referred to him by my GP due to osteoarthritis in both knees. X-rays had already confirmed this. On our first meeting, he X-rayed my hips and found the same problem. One total hip replacement and total replacement of both knees was therefore necessary. This was August. By March all three operations were completed. Before he started, we checked his statistics online. In a trade where practice really does make perfect, he had completed a greater than average number of procedures with less than average complications. This is no doubt due to his thoroughness and attention to detail which was mentioned by his registrars in post-op discussion as being above average. He instils confidence with his cheerful, friendly and humorous personality and a calmness which belies the stress that must accompany this job. My operations were all completed successfully and I am very pleased with the results. At 68 I had developed the gait of a 90-year old, but have been transformed by these ops into......a normal 68 year old (at least)! Many, many thanks.

Very competent and sympathetic. My only negative comment is that Mr Chatoo might have communicated with the hospital physiotherapists, who gave me incorrect advice and exercises

Mr McGarvey has literally changed my life after 2 partial knee replacements this year. After 20 years of pain I can now walk properly. Mr McGarvey was very thorough explaining everything including my X-rays, recovery which was very quick. A nice man and amazing surgeon.
