A very good experience overall. Mr Aslam has been attentive and responsive to questions or concerns. After six weeks my hip seems to be progressing well and the pain has been relieved. It’s early days but hopefully the pleasing progress will continue.

I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.

They have gone way beyond in customer care, which has been both supportive and invaluable to our family. Directly calling the private hospital to help us expedite a necessary blood test and x-ray. As well as always being there if we had a question. Truly outstanding and exceptional customer care.

First class surgeon, the whole experience from start to finish is worth 10*** plus. This was the best operation I've ever had, no pain, no limp, back using full use of my leg & hip.

In just 9 months I have had 2 hips and a knee joint replaced and for each operation I was in the care of Mr Loughhead. He was friendly but highly professional when he was explaining the processes and all the possible outcomes and showing me my x rays and scans. I was very anxious before my surgeries but seeing Mr Loughhead always put me at ease, knowing I wouuld be receiving the best possible care.
