Despite having an agreement on fees, I was billed at a much higher rate, not covered by my insurance due to the discrepancy. Efforts to resolve this were met with unprofessional responses, including a concerning threat to share my personal details over the disputed charge. Persistent communication eventually led to the acknowledgment of their mistake, but regrettably too late for insurance claims, adversely affecting my financial situation. Furthermore, my requests to submit formal feedback were denied, and I was incorrectly informed that the Doctor does not use Doctify, which contradicted my findings. This experience has unfortunately led me to question the practice's integrity, especially regarding its billing practices, staff professionalism, and transparency in patient feedback
