Mr Mallina was very clear and precise about the problems with my left hand. He was not convinced that surgery would be the answer and recommended that I see a hand therapist who specialised in musicians’ problems instead. So he did himself out of a job…….

Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. Moreover, Alex always made sure to explain each part of the process to me, making physiotherapy not only beneficial but also enjoyable. Dr Shaerf is an absolute star, we hope we won’t have to see him again, I think he may have persuaded my son to be a little more careful, but our transition from Swiss doctors to a London doctor, which could have been a concern, was seamless and immensely reassuring.
