Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.

I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. Everything was explained very clearly to me and any questions I had were always answered. I feel extremely lucky to have had Mr Thakur as my consultant, I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a nicer consultant and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions.
