IVF and ICSI can be challenging but since we’ve met with Dr Mavrelos, we’ve always felt that we had the right plan and support we needed. From the initial consultation, he took the time to thoroughly explain the process, using data and evidence, which really solidified my decision to go ahead with the process. Throughout the cycle, Dr. Jones was consistently attentive and supportive. He reviewed every scan and updated me with my progress at every step. The level of personalized care I received was outstanding; I always felt like a priority. I recommend Dr Jones wholeheartedly and will be back to see him again for another cycle over the Summer!

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.
