Dr Fady is an amazing doctor, really patient and professional. He explained everything in the procedure really well and he came to the recovery room to reassure me after the procedure.

Had bad back pain, which Ramesh quickly identified as a slipped disc. Super friendly, understanding and importantly knowledgeable!! Was given the correct medication to relieve the pain while i was referred for a MRI and CT injection. Top quality consultant who acted super efficiently.

I went to Dr Almahdi thinking my back pain was due to spinal stenosis but he examined me unlike other doctors I had seen and thought I may have facet joint pain. He was absolutely right and this led on to spinal nerve blocks to diagnose the matter and then radio frequency ablation. I am truly delighted with the effect. I don’t have lumbar facet joint back pain for the first time in 10 years due to my procedure with Dr Almahdi. I’m so grateful to him. He’s very pleasant and clearly knows what he is doing. I was treated with care, compassion and given a lot of detail and support and time for all my questions by Mr Prezerakos. I opted for a discectomy after several consultations and physiotherapy as the first step of treatment, but was in too much pain to walk, so had the surgery and am pleased to report all of my pain has gone and the surgey was successful.

After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.

Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.
