From the start Professor Malik was professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had leading up to and after the surgery were answered. On the day of surgery Professor Malik met with me to explain the process before I went in. Surgery was a success and the follow up appointment went smoothly. Excellent surgeon.

Mr Lawton diagnosed my problem swiftly and his staff made the arrangements for surgical treatment in a hospital. In the hospital (King Edward VII) I was well looked after. The short surgical procedure by Mr Lawton was carried out with a local anaesthetic, on schedule and, with explanations and reassurance being given at all stages. Post operative care was comprehensive and I was able to leave the hospital without delay , but with clear instructions on how to behave and what pain killers to take. Four days on, the original pain has gone and the pain from the surgical wound is subsiding rapidly. Thank you; all good, alround. I am a happy patient.

From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence. Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal.
