I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!

Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed.
