After consulting with multiple clinics before making my choice, I can honestly say Dr Tam’s attention to detail and level of patient care is second to none across the U.K. Dr Tam put me at ease and devoted so much of his time to each stage of the process from my initial email right through to the operation, I had his complete attention. His obsession for perfection was clear throughout my consultation, he didn’t stop until in the design was perfect in both of our minds which was great to see. Leading up to the consultation the doc regularly checked in with me personally to check my state of mind and ensured I had all travel arrangements sorted the day before. I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of him and I am really looking forward to seeing the results. It’s worth mentioning his team as well, they are very skilled and worked hard all day to get the job done maintaining focus throughout. Thank you Doc!

Mr Gödel explained everything very carefully before the procedure and was very kind and took trouble to reassure me before the operation so that I was fully prepared, the procedure went as had been explained and after wards he explained how my vision would gradually return and not to worry if my eye seemed to be looking in a different direction - which it was, but soon returned to normal. I returned for my second procedure the following week and was quite relaxed about the whole thing as I knew exactly what would happen. My vision gradually improved and now I can see brilliantly without glasses, even being able to read texts on my mobile unaided when before everything was a blur! I would definitely recommend Mr Goel and this procedure if you are looking to improve your vision.
