I was in general very happy but because I have problem to contact clinic plus nobody email me back am not 100% happy after a week my appointment and blood test still don’t know results and nothing which is not right. Don’t think that’s how should look like after private care. Kind regards

Dr Blackburn is a very knowledgeable and experienced plastic surgeon. From day one he explained all procedures very clearly in a simple language and made sure I understood everything. He made himself available so I could contact him directly whenever I had any questions or worries and always responded promptly. He is kind and sympathetic. Very perfectionist and professional. An excellent experience with both hospital and Dr Hubbard. She has a delightful manner and I came away feeling totally reassured.

A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.
