Syed has a huge knowledge of the spine and its workings. He is technologically advanced and breezes through scans etc during consultation very clearly explaining one's situation. He identified the areas of my body that needed strengthening and provided me with a workout programme that’s noticeably increased my strength in these areas. He’s also encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and lift weights that I previously thought impossible for me to tackle! All helping me to gain confidence in improving my strength and fitness.

I broke my heel and strained my ankle whilst skipping rope which was very difficult to handle initially as I have a very active lifestyle (weightlifting, calisthenics, boxing, running). She will continuously adapt and give you the targeted help you need to achieve your recovery goals. She gave me an excellent list of exercises that not only helped me recover quickly but also that I will keep in my personal catalog of exercises to continue to use in the future for overall health and injury prevention.
