Professional, Dedicated & Knowledgable I have been having treatment at Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions for several weeks for an injured lower back. Firas has been my specialist throughout my treatment, and I have felt and seen a significant improvement since seeing him. Faris is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field of work and professional and detailed in his treatments. Since being treated by Faris, I have gained much more mobility, and he has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend him for spinal and mobility issues as his work is fantastic, his results are impressive, and his approach is tailored to your specific needs.

I found Firas to be knowledgeable and kind and understanding and caring towards his clients. (observation) In my case i have felt a lot of improvement in my posture, and that has lead to me walking better/standing better/improved balance/less stress/improved behaviour and now able to sleep on my back due to my neck being manipulated back in place.

By having regular appointments, Firas has given me excellent care and helped me to maintain movement and better posture, listening and assessing treatment very quickly. On a couple of occasions I have needed an urgent appointment, due to being in pain. Once adjustments had been made, I was back to pain free within a few days. I cant thank him enough for this speedy recovery. On going advise for home maintenance too, is gratefuly received. Thank you

It's a pleasure to be treated by Firas and Ryan (with a warm welcomefrom Rita). They have excellent bedside manner, take their time to explain things clearly and provide treatments that work. Without them I would be in agony, but they have managed to dramatically improve my back and help me lead a pain free life!

Firas has an excellent bedside manner and takes time to explain things clearly. Most importantly of all, however, is that he swiftly resolves my various back issues whenever I attend. The whole practice is excellent with a warm and knowledgeable welcome from Rita and excellent support from Ryan, both on the traction and on the rehab sessions I've had with him. I recommend everyone enough.
