Ryan graduated from the University of Kent with a Bachelors in sports therapy and rehabilitation. Since qualifying in 2021, he has worked with a range of clients- from professional football players, white-collar boxers, Paralympic martial artists to delivering treatment to runners at the London Marathon. He has previous experience working in physiotherapy, chiropractic and osteopathy clinics over the past 2 years. He now resides as the lead sports rehabilitator at the multi-disciplinary clinic, Optimal Spine & Sports Dimensions Croydon.
Ryan has a vast understanding of human bodily functions and has expertise in injury diagnosis, complexed injury management, advanced rehabilitation, scoliosis rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques. He utilises specialised equipment to benefit his recovery treatments, such as laser therapy, shockwave therapy, x rays, also working closely with companies to receive and interpret urgent MRI scans and ultrasounds.
He uses a variety of methods to benefit his treatments, this involves specific spinal rehabilitation and Biomechanical assessments which include an in-depth gait analysis. These techniques are specific to the brand of Chiropractic (CBP - Chiropractic Biophysics) and are practised in our Optimal Spine & Sports Dimensions Clinics.
