Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

Good friendly environment. Up tp date furnishing and equipment.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Dr. Sera is the most attentive, thorough Dr. I've ever had. I appreciate her care endlessly, and her staff are top notch.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Efficient and polite staff and modern pleasent environment.
