He took more time to understand exactly what I wanted, he explained everything very clearly, and he made me feel so comfortable and reassured that I went into the surgery with almost no nerves. Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it.
