Syed has a huge knowledge of the spine and its workings. He is technologically advanced and breezes through scans etc during consultation very clearly explaining one's situation. There was no rush as is often the case, and he gave a very clear concise explanation to my proposed route forwards. Mr Bull inspires confidence. He explained the issues and options clearly and like a human being! I felt listened to and able to ask questions. I haven’t yet had the procedure he advised but I believe it is the right course of action at this stage.
