He was so welcoming, friendly, helpful , pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in so much detail. I originally went to Manaf with a size in mind, but he gave me an honest opinion as a surgeon as to what he thought was best. From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care.
