From the moment we walked into Cromwell his warm demeanour put my child at ease, instantly building trust. He is knowledgeable, incredibly empathetic and intensely observant. The blood results confirmed his diagnosis and he made himself available to explain and to address all of our concerns. I cannot thank him enough, he is by far the best paediatric consultant that I have ever met. He genuinely cares and cannot bare to see a child suffer. We will not be seeing anyone else other than Dr Ed.

I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.
