Mr Bhal is calm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated his reassuring manner and he quickly put me at ease. Mr Bhal took my full medical history and the examination was professional and very gentle. I was given all the time I needed during the appointment. Mr Bhal explained everything thoroughly and also used a screen diagram to illustrate my condition. Finally outlining further investigations and my options going forward. I found her to be approachable, she explained the procedure in language that I could understand. She has a very easy manner that puts you at ease. I also found her to have a good sense of humour that I could relate too - in fact she made me laugh.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

A very useful consultation which improved my bladder symptoms but not my prolapse.
