I am so glad that I found Elizabeth, I think everyone needs an ‘Elizabeth’ in their life. She allowed so much time to me to listen & to explain the impact of the feelings I had carried with me since childhood. There was a pre session discussion and a follow up to the actual hypnotherapy. Really enjoyed my time with Mark. Was very clear from the start the amount of sessions he felt were necessary to work with my condition - OCD - and the approach we would take. Compassionate approach and a good use of humour, as well as challenging some limiting self beliefs. Would highly recommend.
