I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. I wanted to discuss the possibility or desirability of a hip replacement, given that I have arthritis, and genuinely had no preference regarding whether to have the operation or not. He examined my mobility, discussed the situation with me, the pros and cons of operating or not, and concluded that I should continue with physiotherapy and not undergo the operation. Throughout the conversation, he came over as thoroughly professional, caring, and in command of his area of expertise. He gave me confidence in his decision.

Having broken both wrists I felt myself to be in very safe hands with Mr Mathew who was meticulous in explaining the problems of my condition and what he planned to do to solve them. He was also very attentive about follow-up care and stressing the importance of physiotherapy

Dr Bernardotto is lovely. He listened to all my symptoms and concerns I had, was able to diagnose quickly, then put a clear treatment plan in place. I would highly recommend him!
