I got an appointment quickly; review came through quicker than expected. Nurse was lovely and gave a lot of helpful information. Also appreciated the actual exam was totally directed by myself in regards to what to have a look at.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

I found everyone to be very polite, knowledgeable and professional.
