Very helpful and good at explaining it all

This was my best experience ever with the ENT department. Doctor Raj thoroughly explained everything I've asked and gave me confidence with the procedures he was about to apply. He is my first recommendation for a ENT specialist to anyone who needs a professional approach.

My daughter had grommets inserted in both ears after suffering from symptoms for a few years. Professor Bruce was great with my daughter, putting her at ease from the first consultation right the way through to the post-surgery follow-up. Professor Bruce provided all the available options to my daughter following her diagnosis. We were then given as much time as we needed for my daughter to decide how she would like to proceed. Communications were fantastic and the service provided by Professor Bruce and his team was highly professional and efficient and highly recommend. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Professor Bruce. My daughter's symptoms have already improved which is having a positive impact on her quality of life.

My experience was fantastic from initial consultations to post surgery check ups. Mr Siddiqui is so lovely, he made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail, listened to my questions and took the time to meet and explain even further. I cannot explain how life changing this surgery is and I have had every confidence in Mr Siddiqui every step of the cosmetic surgery journey. I would definitely not hesitate to come back to him for anything I may consider in the future and recommend him highly. Every step of the process was explained very clearly and all questions were answered with patience and detail throughout the whole experience. The surgery was successful and the detail of post operative care was excellent with ease of access to further appointments and check-ups when they were necessary.

Mr Chris Duff has done a great job with my recent biopsy, leaving a very small, neat scar. These things are always worrying for a patient, but I was put at ease by Mr Duff and his lovely, caring team . Mr Duff explained the procedure in detail, and possible outcomes, and took the time to listen to my concerns, answering my many questions both before and after my procedure, in a very professional and kindly manner.

Mr Ghosh was excellent with everything. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would 100% recommend.

Mr Mabvuure is a lovely doctor. He was very welcoming and put me completely at ease ready for my mole removal. There was plenty of time to ask any questions without feeling rushed which helped put my mind at ease. The procedure was carried out professionally, I was comfortable and experienced no pain. Mr Mabvuure replied promptly when I messaged him at a later date about my progress. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
