Concerned about parking, as peninsular & Derriford web site differ, no issue as parking outside building. All staff I had dealings with were friendly & professional.

Overall excellent regarding staff but I marked good twice because there was only one patient toilet and it felt embarrassing waiting outside the door in a busy corridor overlooked by the waiting room. Also, the floor had a lot of toilet paper scraps on it. Also, I found the waiting area to be a bit stressful as there were only uncomfortable banquette style seating. Personally, I prefer an individual chair and don't enjoy sitting right up close to other people.

The Bournemouth hospital is tired and a new facility is required. I have seen various consultants. Some are very good. Some are not. They work very independently.
