Clinical practice seemed fine but admin and communication is poor. No follow-up letter to me and GP as promised, confusion over what type of further ECG was required and in relation to further onward referrals I seem to have fallen down a crack between private and NHS practice.

The only slight problem was the queue at reception otherwise fine.

The only reason why I rated less on overall experience was because of the car park. Too small and always full. I spent almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and now I’m worried I may get a ticket due to parking hurriedly so I don’t miss the appointment

Overall excellent regarding staff but I marked good twice because there was only one patient toilet and it felt embarrassing waiting outside the door in a busy corridor overlooked by the waiting room. Also, the floor had a lot of toilet paper scraps on it. Also, I found the waiting area to be a bit stressful as there were only uncomfortable banquette style seating. Personally, I prefer an individual chair and don't enjoy sitting right up close to other people.

All of the staff at Nuffield health are friendly & caring. They attract the best consultants in the business. The hospital is relatively modern, spotlessly clean & very comfortable.

This is my second experience of a procedure at Nuffield Health Cheltenham. On both occasions I have been very impressed with the level of care and professionalism from all the staff that I encountered. The facilities are also excellent.
