Very please with Dr. Touqmatchi since my first consultation last year in 2023 and a few more follow up in 2024.

Approximately 3 months ago i began to have gynae symptoms that highlighted something was not right. Worried and panicking, I contacted Mr Naji who offered a sameday consultation with diagnostics so we could start to understand the issue. Louise is part of the team who performs all the logistics in terms of appointments, questions etc and she was brilliant, she told me what to expect from the consultation. Tests showed that Uterine Fibroids were the cause and we swiftly moved onto further diagnostics of MRI scans which were done the same week. Again, the pace and reassurance given was outstanding and at each stage i had Louise to help answer any questions that i had. Long story short, we quickly agreed that a fully hysterectomy was needed and we moved quickly to arrange surgery. I am now in week 1 of recovery, feeling sore but relieved, but more importantly thankful that i found Mr Naji and his team who have supported me through this journey, the care i received was outstanding and cannot describe how important this is when going through such a major operation.

I'd thoroughly recommend Dr Malik to anyone. I had repeated miscarriages and a difficult labour that resulted in an emergency caesarean. Despite this, I felt taken care of and well informed. I had full trust in Dr Malik and she gave me the confidence to believe in myself throughout my pregnancy and delivery.

I am very grateful to have been treated by Mr Okaro, who put me at ease with great sensitivity. He paid scrupulous attention to my symptoms and diagnosed my condition accurately. His instructions on how to use the medication he prescribed were clear and thorough and I am really delighted by its success. I was very lucky to have been treated by Dr. karoshi. He has this very calm and warm demeanor, which was very welcomed by someone like me who's usually a little nervous. He is very patient, the same question he'd explain to me again and again till I understood completely. He was very thorough, unlike my previous experience, he took the time to thoroughly investigate my situation, came up with the best surgery option, one ensured that there was least physical intrusion, quicker recovery, and best long term post op health care. I always felt confident in Dr. Karoshi. To be able to build that trust is vital, and I was very lucky to have had this rapport with Dr. Karoshi.

I arranged an online video interview with Dr Susanna Unsworth at the Cambridge Womens Clinic in Cambridge in November 2023 following a recommendation by a friend and after reading the book ‘Oestrogen Matters’ by Dr Avrum Bluming and Carol Tabriz, PhD. I had been advised by a few medics over the latter few years that I’d have to come off HRT at some point as I’d no longer need it, which advice did not make sense after my understanding of the natural decline of oestrogen at menopause with its resultant problems, and of its importance to women following menopause to maintain cognitive health, bone density and cardiovascular issues. My current regime of HRT had served me well over the years but through my reading of more up to date information I was made aware of an alternative and improved combination. After an unsuccessful initial attempt to reach out to a GP (not my own) who said that I should expect to experience bleeding, I reached out to Dr Susanna Unsworth. The hour long video appointment was better than I could have expected. Dr Susanna is immensely easy to talk to and answered all my questions and worries. I felt relaxed and above all reassured on every level about changing my HRT to a more current healthy combination. I highly recommend her invaluable advice.
