Everyone at the hospital was so welcoming, caring and supportive. I felt completely safe in their care and I had never been looked after so well before.

The medical staff were all very professional and friendly. My only one area of slightly less impressed is that of the reception staff. Upon each visit a large group of staff are stood behind reception chatting about plans for the evening etc, leaving people waiting where not needed. Not a major issue but not a great first impression.

I had a positive experience with Nuffield health the staff was all friendly and welcoming and the hospital was always clean.

Friendly nurses upstairs, very approachable and the place was very clean.

The consultant was one hour late and his apology was less than sincere !!

Very well run, lots of good comfortable seats while waiting and very clean. Could do with more parking space
