Better - Soho is a great, well equipped facility with everything I have needed

Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

Found my first session with Octavia really helpful and beneficial with some great advice, she listened and spent time listening and recommending solutions and was very caring.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
