He pointed out risks as well as potential benefits, as well as indicating the likely post-operative experience and evolution, both worst- and best-case. He was friendly, attentive and caring both before and after the operation.

I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track.
