This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. Options were always given to me when possible, and fully explained, and I really felt I was involved in my care throughout. I couldn’t recommend Mr Thomas highly enough.

What was impressive in the consultation was the time and care in simple language taking me through the "problem" and the solution, and the potential (even if minimal) risks; and in checking that I really did understand what would be involved in the procedure. Dr. Vasilikosta explained to me all the risk and the benefits of having this surgery and how my life, my health and my future will improve. I started with 155kg on the day of surgery today after 1 year and 6 months my weight is 77,2 kg.
